Revelation

With the Revelation we come to the end of the Bible as it has come down to us. As we shall see it is a fitting end to the long and blood soaked pages. The beginning of the Bible gives us the prohibition of humankind from the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. By this act Adam and Eve are evicted from Eden in order to prevent them from eating of the Tree of Life. The God named Jealous then sets an armed sentry stationed to guard the Tree against any secret attack:

'The man has now become as one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live for ever'. So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way of the tree of life.'" (Genesis 2:22-24).

We have chronicled how this Tree of Life found in the Garden of Eden in the Ancient Near East was none other than the Cannabis plant. This plant, known as Royal Grain to the Assyrians and was grown by the King in his Sacred garden. In order to be a successful regent the fragrant cane had to thrive. Likewise cannabis was held as sacred by the Iseraelites. Its hallowed position is clear from its place in the sacred anointing oil. This oil was so special that it was to be used only to install the High Priests of the Israelites, coronate the King and ultimately anoint the Messiah
